Ordered a ring on 8/1/21. It said will be shipped on 8/20. However on 8/20 the owner Vivian wrote and stated delay in shipping and will add a gift onto the order for compensation. On 9/1, I wrote to Vivian and inquired of the ring’s shipment date. No response from her. Open a case with Etsy. Problem resolved. Etsy refund my money. Poor customer service from the seller, very rude by ignoring others’ request. Have never had experience like that with Etsy. Hope it won’t affect my trust in Etsy.
